Our policy All Spirit of Fraud products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.sof@yahoo.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

EU customers If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact.sof@yahoo.com.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
